The Nalco Learning Center serves as a repository for training content and a vehicle for scheduling and delivering training to Nalco customers and employees. 
Our Mission
The MISSION of the Nalco Learning Center is to provide Nalco employees with globally consistent curricula and a common training experience, while providing Nalco customers with a source of technical competitive advantage.
Our Vision
The VISION of the Nalco Learning Center is to provide training that drives thought leadership in the next generation of Nalco experts, so that they can positively impact the sustainability and operational excellence of both Nalco and our customers.
